He is currently occupied as Professor of Law, PhD supervisor, director of International Law Teaching and Research Group in Xiamen University Law School; formerly occupied as exchange faculty member in Soka University in Japan and visiting researcher in Waseda University in Japan.
He is also executive director and secretary-general of China International Economic Law Association, expert of China’s Service and Trade Association Experts Commission, vice director of editing committee and director of editorial department of International Economic Law Journal, vice chairman and secretary-general of Xiamen University Chen’an International Law Development Foundation, committee member of China Law Association Bank Law Commission and arbitrator of Xiamen Arbitration Committee.
